Project Overview

A dedicated digital platform designed exclusively for healthcare professionals—including doctors, researchers, and medical scientists—to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge.

This platform enables users to upload and access a wide range of resources such as medical journals, e-books, research papers, clinical documents, informative videos, and news updates related to the healthcare field. It also offers a space for professionals to ask and answer questions, discuss breakthroughs, and stay informed about the latest developments in medical science and healthcare practices. The platform fosters a focused and professional environment tailored to the needs of those driving innovation and excellence in global healthcare.

Workshop Objective and Structure

The primary objective of the workshop was to generate ideas and features aimed at enhancing the user experience of the current app, increasing usage by streamlining user journeys, driving traffic from new-to-bank (NTB) customers, and boosting overall customer engagement.

Participants included representatives from the bank’s leadership, business, product, IT, and sales & marketing teams. The workshop was structured using a mix of insights from the program sponsor and product teams, aligning with the overall vision and strategic direction of the app.

I consolidated all the data gathered during the workshop to create user personas, representing the different customer segments served by the business.

Secondary Research

As part of the workshop preparation, I explored a wide range of applications — not limited to banking apps — to identify features that effectively engage users. The goal was to evaluate whether similar features could be adapted and integrated into the bank’s application to enhance user engagement.
