Workshop Objective and Structure
The primary objective of the workshop was to generate ideas and features aimed at enhancing the user experience of the current app, increasing usage by streamlining user journeys, driving traffic from new-to-bank (NTB) customers, and boosting overall customer engagement.
Participants included representatives from the bank’s leadership, business, product, IT, and sales & marketing teams. The workshop was structured using a mix of insights from the program sponsor and product teams, aligning with the overall vision and strategic direction of the app.
The workshop was conducted across four key sessions:

- Idea Presentation
